Delivery
Orders are dispatched from the atelier in Chennai and delivered across India. Your delivery charge, the free delivery threshold and how long it takes are shown in your bag and again at checkout, and they come from the same place this page does.
A made to order piece is cut and finished for you before it travels, so it leaves the atelier later than a piece that is ready to send. It is paid for in full when you order, the same as everything else here, and its delivery is charged at checkout with it.
Returns or exchange
All pieces are made to order and are final sale. Drapemoda does not accept exchange or returns.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, please refuse it. For a damaged or incorrect item, contact Drapemoda on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video recorded from the unopened parcel where available. If we confirm shipping damage or an incorrect item, Drapemoda will arrange and pay for the return delivery. Please do not return an item before receiving our instructions. We will then offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate, within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.

Common questions
- What does a piece in the shop cost?
- Every piece carries its price on its own page, and across the shop they run from ₹890 to ₹40,000. A piece offered in more than one size or make is priced per choice, so what you pay is the figure shown against the size and the make you pick.
- What sizes are made?
- The shop is cut in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. The size guide gives the bust, the waist and the hip in centimetres for each one, and every piece that offers a size links to it. If you are between two sizes, message the atelier before you order.
- How long does a made to order piece take?
- A piece cut to order is made in 3 to 5 weeks, and each piece's page says how long that one takes. The pieces already worked and waiting in the studio are sent without that wait.
- What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
- Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹2,500 and over, and ₹150 below that. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.
- Do you deliver outside India?
- No. Shop orders are delivered within India only, and nothing in the shop is sent outside it. If you are elsewhere and want a piece, message the atelier before you order anything.
- Can I return or exchange something?
